Refund Policy

Refund Policy This Refund Policy applies to all courses, programs, and services offered by APROTRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “We”, “Our”) through our Website and Mobile Application (“Platform”). All purchases made on the Platform are final and non-refundable. Once a course is purchased and access is granted, no refund, cancellation, or chargeback shall be permitted under any circumstances. Due to the digital nature of our content, immediate access to proprietary course materials, videos, PDFs, and live/recorded sessions is provided. Hence, refunds are not feasible. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Inability to attend live classes
  • Technical issues due to user’s device, internet, or software
  • Misunderstanding of course content, duration, or outcomes
  • Violation of Terms of Use or Platform policies
In exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of the Company, a refund may be considered only if:
  • Duplicate payment is made, or
  • Payment is successful but course access is not granted due to a proven technical error from our side
Such requests must be raised within 48 hours of payment with valid proof. The Company reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any refund request. Decisions taken by the Company shall be final and binding. Any misuse of the refund policy, false claims, or chargeback attempts may result in account suspension and legal action. By purchasing any course on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
